About the Owner
Paul Bunner
I’ve had a passion for health, fitness, and athletics for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was always involved in sports, playing hockey, baseball, and wrestling throughout my school years. Today, that passion continues as I enjoy an active lifestyle alongside my four sons, who all share a love for sports. Like many athletes, I learned that pushing your body to its limits comes with challenges. Over the years, I’ve undergone two back surgeries, two shoulder surgeries, and two knee surgeries. Those experiences have given me a unique perspective—not only on injury and recovery, but also on the incredible resilience of the human body. Today, I’m stronger than
I’ve ever been, and those experiences have only strengthened my belief in the power of intelligent, resistance-based training. My educational background is in kinesiology, and I’ve spent decades helping people improve their health and quality of life. Earlier in my career, I managed two large fitness clubs in Canada, where I developed training programs, mentored and trained personal trainers, and worked with clients from all walks of life. I specialized in sports-specific training, designing individualized programs for athletes, while also working extensively with clients recovering from orthopedic surgery and those seeking safe, effective rehabilitation. Throughout my career, one lesson has remained constant: strength is the foundation of healthy aging. Scientific research continues to show that resistance training is one of the most effective ways to maintain muscle mass, improve bone density, support healthy joints, increase metabolism, and preserve mobility as we age. While cardiovascular exercise certainly has its place, maintaining strength is what allows us to continue enjoying the activities we love and to live with greater independence and confidence. That philosophy is what drew me to this studio. When my son was accepted to the University of Tampa, our family began looking for an opportunity to spend more time in Florida. Investing in a business that serves the community, creates American jobs, and aligns with my lifelong passion for helping people was the perfect fit. Owning this studio isn’t simply a business venture—it’s an opportunity to continue doing what I’ve loved throughout my career. My vision is simple: I want this studio to be a place where people discover what’s possible rather than focus on their limitations. Whether someone wants to improve their balance, regain mobility, build strength after surgery, combat osteoporosis, reduce joint pain, or simply maintain an active lifestyle, my goal is to provide the guidance and encouragement that helps them achieve lasting results. I’ve already been deeply touched by the warmth and kindness of this community. Everyone I’ve met has been incredibly welcoming, and I feel genuinely grateful to be here. I look forward to building lasting relationships and helping each client experience the life-changing benefits that come from becoming stronger, healthier, and more confident. I truly believe that age should never define what you’re capable of achieving. With the right guidance, a personalized plan, and consistent effort, it’s never too late to become stronger, move better, and enjoy life to its fullest. I look forward to meeting you and being part of your journey.

Brittany Pezzulich
My name is Brittany, and I am a Personal Trainer . Fitness has been a passion of mine since I was 12 years old. I have always been fascinated by how the body moves and how proper form, consistency, and strength training can improve both health and quality of life.
I hold four certifications: Personal Training, Glute Specialist, Strength & Conditioning, and Group Fitness. Before becoming a trainer, I spent 12 years in the medical field as a Nursing Assistant, Surgical Technician, and Medical Coder. Those experiences showed me the importance of preventing health problems before they begin. In 2025, I followed my passion and transitioned into personal training to help people take a proactive approach to their health.
Living with hypothyroidism and diabetes has strengthened my belief that movement is one of the best investments we can make in ourselves. Through consistent strength training, I've been able to stay strong, energetic, and continue doing the things I love, including hiking, skydiving, shark snorkeling, and chasing new adventures. My goal is to keep living life to the fullest for as long as God allows.
Above all, I am a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, and my faith is the foundation of everything I do. My mission is to help others build strength, confidence, and longevity so they can enjoy life for years to come. I am committed to helping every client become stronger today for a healthier tomorrow.

Anna
Hi, I'm Anna! I was born in Czechia and am the proud mom of two teenagers. Sports and movement have been a part of my life since childhood, shaping who I am today. From mud runs to conquering my fear of heights, I've learned that growth happens outside of your comfort zone. As a certified personal trainer, I'm passionate about helping others build strength, gain confidence, and achieve goals they never thought possible. I believe fitness is about more than just exercise—it's about becoming a healthier, stronger, and more confident version of yourself. In my spare time, I love playing tennis and pickleball, and I enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible. I love staying active and embracing new challenges, and I look forward to helping you become the strongest version of yourself.

Margaret
Hi, I am Margaret and I fitness has been my passion for the past 12 years, and I love helping others discover their own strength and confidence. I am certified in Group Fitness, a Senior Fitness Specialist, and a Certified Schwinn Indoor Cycling Instructor. For the last three years, I have been proud to call Strong In 20 my fitness home, where I enjoy motivating members of all ages and fitness levels to reach their goals. While I love lifting heavy weights and teaching classes like Les Mills BodyPump, step, and barre, indoor cycling is my favorite way to work out because of the energy, motivation, and sense of community it brings. My goal is to create a fun, supportive environment where everyone feels encouraged to challenge themselves and celebrate their progress. When I'm not at the gym, you'll find me spending time with my family and our dogs, making memories with the people I love most. I am excited to continue growing with the Strong In 20 family for many years to come and look forward to helping our members live stronger, healthier lives.
