Strong In 20 has been life-changing for Taylor.
Taylor has been a member of Strong In 20 since 2019. Living with cerebral palsy, osteoporosis, and other health challenges, finding the right fitness program was incredibly important. What drew us to Strong In 20 was the one-on-one support, and that's exactly what we've received every step of the way.
Knowing that strength training is so beneficial for bone health has given us confidence that Taylor is doing something truly positive for his body. More importantly, the coaches genuinely care. They listen, they support us, and they always do everything they can to help Taylor succeed.
One of the things that brings me the most joy is seeing Taylor wake up on workout days already thinking about his session. He'll point to the parts of his body he's going to work that day, and he walks into every workout with a huge smile on his face. That excitement says everything about how much he enjoys being here.
To anyone who is considering Strong In 20—especially families of individuals with special abilities—I would encourage you to give it one try. We've already referred several of Taylor's friends because we've seen firsthand the difference personalized coaching can make.
Strong In 20 has created an environment where Taylor feels supported, encouraged, and excited to exercise, and we couldn't ask for a better experience.

My goal has always been to gain and maintain strength, and Strong In 20 has helped me do exactly that. I've noticed improvements in my strength, balance, and energy, which has allowed me to continue doing the activities I enjoy without needing additional fitness programs.
At 81 years old, one of my proudest accomplishments is that I can still stand on one leg without losing my balance, I haven't experienced any falls, and I'm able to walk at least 4,000 steps a day. Even if I don't always see dramatic changes in the mirror, I can truly feel the results. In fact, I can tell the difference if I miss a week or two of training.
Strong In 20 is worth it. It's great gym to come to because it’s only 20 minutes, and you're coached every step of the way, so you know your time is being used effectively and you're making progress."

I've been strength training since the mid-1990s, but after my husband and I moved to Tampa, finding a quality super slow gym became a challenge. That's what led us to Strong In 20, and we've now been coming for more than two years.
Our goal has always been to maintain our posture, balance, bone density, cardiovascular health, and overall strength as we age. Strong In 20 has helped us continue working toward those goals in a way that fits our lifestyle.
One of the things I appreciate most is the coaching. I've had three coaches over the years, and every one of them has been wonderful. The personalized guidance and supportive atmosphere make every workout a positive experience.
